Here are all 5 heats of the Girls 400 Meters from the 2018 CIF (Southern Section) Division 2 Track and Field Prelims meet held on May 12, 2018 at Moorpark High School, just north of Thousand Oaks, California.

Commentary:  None of the 5 heats have tight finishes although Heat 4 looked like the Cerritos soph might give the Bonita senior a game.  Citrus Valley, Bonita and Chino are training strong at this distance.  Heat 1 winner from CV just a frosh and she goes on to take the D2 crown the following week.  Heat 2's Johnson will be runner-up.  PRs for most of the underclass(wo)men in the top 9.
