Litecoin and Bitcoin are up while Ethereum is down- What is going on?

If you are a big believer in Ethereum then $7 is cheap (especially if you believe that is is always going to be at or above $10) and now is a time to buy. Litecoin has made it's first move up in 2016- why is this? Bitcoin is solidly moving up, nothing spectacular, but still very encouraging.
