Just a tidbit of a freakout on DDB reps Tamira Thayne and Adam Moran by resident of Corpus Christi, Texas, when confronted about his chained dogs. The Sparkling City by the Bay isn't so sparkling...and this city needs to do a lot of work in order to let people believe that it's dogs DO matter and it's people need to learn how to treat Man's Best Friend. Resident later agrees to let Moran find a home for one of the dogs, and apologizes for getting so crazy. He also agrees to accept fencing help...more footage to come.
