Rules are simple, you must progress through the game without any pokemon ever gaining a level, this is done in this game by leaving the ap on. I may also add that this is my first time playing through the game. This battle is very easy, we already have dual intimidate, and magnemite is immune to poison, and also has sonic boom, which does a lot of damage early game. Sound wasn't working (it does in the later videos), so I added my own music, if you don't like it, just mute it.
