I show you how I make Steel Cut Oats in the Instant Pot overnight. There have been a lot of requests for cooking videos! Update - you don't have to use the delay feature if you don't need the oatmeal right when you get up in the morning. I've started just putting the ingredients in the night before and then turning on the inverter in the morning. I've also learned that I prefer 25 minutes at high pressure with natural pressure release. Recipe: 1/2 C Organic Steel Cut Oats 1 1/4 C filtered water 20 minutes Pressure, 8+ hours delay Add your oats, water, salt, cinnamon, and vanilla (to taste). Close the lid and make sure the vent knob is pointing to the back (pressure). Push the Pressure button and set the time for 20 minutes Push the delay button and set the time for at least 8 hours. In the morning, after the pressure pin drops, open, add toppings of your choice and enjoy! TheGalavan is a custom-built, 2015 Sprinter van.
