Hundreds of San Diegans bring traffic on the I-15 North to a stand still. They were removed from the highway by police, then continue onto El Cajon Blvd, heading west. This footage captures the events that took place on Nov 25, 2014. From 9:45:11 pm to 10:02:01 pm. These protest come following the grand jury's decision not to bring criminal charges against officer Darren Wilson, who shot and killed unarmed black teenager Michael Brown.
