I kinda have to keep the black border there to actually have my Shadowplay record the stream. The upload is in 1080/60 even though 720 should be fine since the Xbox One's ARK resolution isn't too good, but other than that it looks fine I guess. 

Discount the lower Xbox app Gamestream quality, Shadowplay quality and the YouTube quality, then you'll have a perfectly fine representation of ARK's performance on Xbox One.
