Under Section 107 of the Copyright Act 1976, allowance is made for "fair use" for purposes such as criticism, comment, news reporting, teaching, scholarship, and research. Fair use is a use permitted by copyright statute that might otherwise be infringing. Non-profit, educational or personal use tips the balance in favor of fair use. Song(s): Strawberry Avalanche Artist(s): Owl City Programs and tools used: Photoshope Elements 7, WMM, and Bamboo tablet Time took: 50 minutes Drew this while listening to Strawberry Avalanche by Owl City (the song in the video) ^^ I love Owl City SO much! :D I blame Sita XD Anyways, if you don't watch Buffy the Vampire Slayer and Angel, then this picture won't make sense fully. So, I guess I'll explain it. The strawberries on top of Nicky is pretty selfexplanitary. Spike is trying REALLY hard not to laugh at her because she was practicly dog-piled by strawberries. And this is the part that probably doesn't make sense: Angel is all "!!!" and suprised/excited because he found someone to "save" XD Reason why: In the spin off seasons Angel, Angel the vampire is trying to make up for his wrongs by helping people in need =P So yeah XD That's why =P I think that's it. Laterz! ^^
