One of the fastest growing segments of the U.S. retail industry in recent years has been resale - the sale of used merchandise. With new stores entering the market and current ones opening new locations, the multi-billion dollar resale market is poised to become mainstream. VOA's June Soh visited so-called second-hand stores to find out why.
