This video is something I am truly so passionate about.  I care because I feel like I missed an important part of my life feeling sad or not good enough when I would have been feeling happiness and making good memories.  I also recently had one of my favorite bloggers that I look up to so much really disappoint me. She gave her tips on losing baby weight and they were all so extreme and unhealthy and I was so sad to see that.  I truly believe we should find health and happiness in whatever journey we are on.
