Mondial is a new construction condo development in Chicago's River West neighborhood. I asked Jack Berger, the architect and developer, to talk about the building as if he were talking to an architecture student. We conclude our chat on that subject in this part, and Jack talks about some recent projects that he likes - and some he doesn't.
