The legendary editor and journalist Harold Evans stopped by the Strand on November 19th 2009 to share stories from his amazing life, as featured in his book My Paper Chase, True Stories from Vanished Times. Evans has served as the editor of The Sunday Times of London, The Times of London, and all manner of publications up and down the food chain. During his career he battled with the law to win more compensation for the victims of thalidomide, unveiled genocide in Bangladesh, army torture in Northern Ireland, as well as countless other ground-breaking stories.
