Replacing Timing Tensioners and Components 2004 Hyudai Elantra - A second time!

The DJENG (DJ Engineering) timing tensioner from e-Bay is JUNK on my 2004 Hyundai Elantra. I will doing the timing belt over again. It may be Made in Korea but that doesn't mean its like OEM. I replaced the Idler as well. After a test drive I started noticing a loud grinding whirring sound that sounded like a bad bearing. Come along as I diagnose the problem and show you whats going on with it. As much as I hated doing the job over again, I count my blessings that I noticed the sound and corrected the problem before having a timing belt snap and having to deal with bent valves on a high mileage engine.
