Shin DaEun draws upon her own experiences to urge the audience to believe in yourself even though you might be different Da-Eun Shin was born in Incheon, South Korea. She was a timid but normal student until she went to Australia when she was 12 years old. She lived in Australia for about 1 year. After coming back to Korea, she became interested in the global community, so she applied to Incheon International High School. She continues to work hard to view the world from different perspectives, the results of which she strives to share with others This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community.
