This car is one of only four in the world; it started life as a 2009 Chevrolet Corvette then was bought and turned into one man’s dream. It all started with a man who ponzi schemed about 60 people out of $7 million over the course of 18 years. The man accused of this, Joseph Viola, loved Italian cars but always wanted to throw in some American muscle; so he bought 1000 Z51 package Corvettes, stripped them down and completely remodeled the car with Italian styling. He revealed the plans of 25 exterior colors, five interior trim options and four wheel choices; promising no two cars would be the same. Some fiberglass was stripped and replaced with carbon fiber for better weight distribution. Unfortunately the plans were halted during production and only four cars were completed. Viola is currently serving time in San Francisco for mail fraud, wire fraud and aggravated identity theft but his four masterpieces are out there grabbing the eyes out of heads. For Viola this is probably his biggest mistake because of the attention it got him and ultimately leading to getting arrested before he was finished with his plan. We are lucky enough to have the best looking one of the few made, and with only 3,630 miles on this beauty it still has a lot of heads to turn.
