The programming Swiss army knife for Windows developers, Visual Studio 2015 is probably the single best IDE available on any platform.  It hosts C++, C#, F#, Python, Basic and JavaScript/Typescript compilers, debuggers and editors all in one place.  On top there are a ton of applications within, profilers, refactoring tools, github integration, you name it.

This video also looks into the recently announced Visual Studio Dev Essentials and what that means for game developers.
