Struggle stalwart and diplomat, Mendi Msimang, is being laid to rest in Pretoria today. 

He died on Monday after a long illness.

President Cyril Ramaphosa has declared a special category one official funeral for Msimang.

The president's also expected to deliver the eulogy.
