Before the war the population was many thousands but now it is just 80, and almost all live in bomb shelters because of daily shelling. We have distributed 2100KGS/4629LBS of aid there, this will be a whopping 25kgs/55lbs per person. It will really give the people of Spartak a step ahead. Video report coming.
