State capture commission resumes

The state capture commission resumes on Monday and former GCIS head Mzwanele Manyi is expected to testify.
 
It will be his second appearance before the commission.

During his earlier testimony, Manyi accused acting GCIS chief executive Phumla Williams of enabling large-scale corruption.
