How to block Twitter on Android for a specific time duration

First of all install the ClearLock Android App: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.clearproductivity.clearlock

As soon as you do that, you will see a message saying to  allow “Apps with usage access” permission. Click on Give permission and it will take to the settings page where you will see the Option "Apps with usage access". Tap on it and turn ON ClearLock. 

Once done, you will see the list of all the system and downloaded apps. You will also see that many Apps  including Google Chrome, Facebook, WhatsApp etc are selected Automatically, which we need to uncheck and keep selected only the Twitter App. Cool, Now  tap on the floating button at the bottom-right of the interface. Here you will have to select the time range to block the twitter app. Let me select 1 hour and tap on Block Apps. Your Twitter App will blocked for 1 hour and you won't be able to Access Twitter during this time. You can block the Twitter App from 10 mins to 12 hours. 

Please note that you cannot edit this block time duration in between and will have to wait till the selected time is over. If you try to open Twitter between the lock time period, then ClearLock App cancel the request. If there is any emergency and you want to access twitter, you need to reboot your phone and unlock Twitter App.
