As I walk the old part of Beijing capital. I once again came across this incredible gentlemen who has been making hand made dumplings and soups for over 40 years. He is still making it by hand and to order. Also He is enjoying what he is doing and that pleasantness is passed on to the people who are passing by. I was in my pleasant state as well as I am always and joined him for a sing and song and did dance along too.
