Working on the Derwood Estate. The property sat empty for several years so it needs some work. In addition we're adding hardwood floors to the upstairs (the first floor already had oak and Walnut floors). Of the 2+ acres half in the rear of the grounds is heavily wooded so I used a rental John Deer tractor to clear out a lot of small trees and thick brush. Now that portion that we call the forest can be used. We even have a a camp site back there.
