Pork Spring Rolls Recipe
Ingredients for 50 spring rolls

2 1/2 lb of Ground Pork
1 1/2 tbsp of Soy Sauce
1/4 tsp of Salt
6 tbsp of Sugar
1 tsp of Ground Black Pepper
6 cloves of Garlic
1 1/4 cup of Green Peas
6 stems of Green Onions
1/2 Yellow Onion
2 eggs
1 carrot
2 tsp of Chicken Soup Powder
Oil for Deep Fry
