--- ---- ---

Penny is an eight-year-old girl who survived the "end of the world". What happened to her family, no one knows. Government says they were killed in the bombing but that might not be the whole truth...

After the bombing, the government took her and their plan was to make use of her - maybe she could get to the rebel children and lead government to them.
But, Penny didn't have the personality for that. She didn't like the government people and constantly annoyed them.

Government came to the conclusion that if she grows up, she will join the rebels one way or another and that would not be acceptable.
Government is going to eliminate her to avoid new rebels.

But.

Penny was able to escape and is now on a run.
She is looking for shelter from the government. She is lost and alone.
