There is going to be another Litecoin bubble so now is a good time to speculate and buy up $500 worth of Litecoin. The worst that can happen is you lose $500 while the upside of such a speculation could be exponentially rewarding. One of these days Coinbase or some other USA based exchange will offer Litecoin for dollars and that will cause a price spike.

We are very early on in the cryptocurrency revolution. As more and more people hear about Bitcoin they will also learn about Litecoin. Throughout the Crypto world LTC is generally considered the solid #2 currency. Some new speculating types will feel that BTC is too pricey so they will pour their money into LTC. There will be all sorts of LTC bubbles based on people's reluctance to spend on BTC and people's hope that LTC can pull a BTC and end up worth 1000 times what they bought it for. Also one of these days a major USA exchange/Coinbase will start selling LTC for dollars, at that point there will be a huge spike in price. Right now in the USA it is pretty hard to purchase LTC when compared to the relative ease of purchasing BTC. Will LTC be around in 20 years? I have no idea, but I feel it is a worthy present day speculation. Your $1000 could end up being $10,000 in a blink of an eye.
