The biggest night in Irish business ended in a massive victory for Daniel Mackey and Peter Coppinger of Teamwork.com, who scooped the EY Entrepreneur Of The Year™ prize for 2018.

The Cork duo speak to Tadhg Enright on The Architects of Business about their humble beginnings, the mistakes they had to correct to succeed and how it feels to win such a prestigious honour.

Tadhg also asks some of Ireland's most audacious entrepreneurs about what it takes to succeed in business, while Kevin McLaughlin and Frank O'Keeffe of EY talk about making Ireland a better place for people looking to start their business.
