A three-judge bench of the Supreme Court today dismissed a plea seeking a transparent process for allocation of cases. The top court said the Chief Justice of India is the highest authority and he can't be distrusted. The plea was filed after the four senior judges of the Supreme Court went public in January and had said that the "things are not in order" in the top court.
