Originally released on April 22nd, 2004.  Canada was at the peak of decrim. madness.  Jean Chretien's Decrim bill was grossly disfigured by the Bush administration before being introduced into parliament where it died.  Canadians were hungry for sane marijuana laws thus bringing thousands of Canadians together to Fill The Hill.
