Main Features
Suitable for fllng different types of containers, it can switch filling specifications in a few minutes, with short flling cycle and high production capacity. No need to add spare parts to replace the flling specifications, just to make adjustments can be completed. Users can choose the illing volume according to their own production capacity to determine the number of flling heads, touch-type ope ration color screen can display the production status, operating procedures, illing methods, etc.The screen is intuitive, simple operation, easy maintenance. Each illing head is equipped with a bottle-neck setting to ensure accurate injection alignment.
The design uses a straight-line method of grouping bottles-in and bottles-out to expand the flling function. Containers of various shapes can be filled effectively in this equipment.The international advanced gas flling valve is selected to ensure no leakage or drooling in the illing process. The powerful PLC software supports the ideal flling operation and man-machine interface. All operations are completed on the touch screen.
Filling uses fixed runner parameters to control the flling time to achieve different metering flling. The precise time for pneumatic valve flling can be set to 0.01 seconds, which can enable the measurement accuracy to be controlled within
-/+1% error range, reduce unnecessary material loss, and improve user economic efficiency.The metering of each illing head can be individually adjusted to achieve consistent flling metering.The machine has set the bottle entry technology program, and no bottle or no counting is not flled.The flling is only started when the number of bottles recorded by the counter matches the set number of flled bottles. The amount of illing can be adjusted to the required amount of illing, and then fine -tuning, you can get the ideal illing measurement accuracy.
Note: Filling range and speed can be designed according to user needs to different illing heads.
