FuriousFPV Smart Power Case Won't Turn On

This is my brand new FuriousFPV Smart Power Case. I've got two brand new batteries in it, fresh off the charger. But for some reason, I can't get the case's firmware to let me power it on. When I plug the barrel jack into my Fatshark goggles, there's no power being provided to the goggles. I made this video to help FuriousFPV's support team understand what I'm describing in an email, but the attachment is too large. I figured I'd upload it to Youtube to see what comes from it. Who knows, maybe someone can help me before they can?!
