Art lovers are being drawn in to the lights of Germany's Ruhr Valley this year. The former industrial center has carried the title European Capital of Culture since January and is doing everything possible to justify the name. The world's first ever biennale for international light art has just opened in the region. And it's an exhibition with a difference: The art installations are set up in private homes.
