The New York City Police Department is asking for the public's assistance in locating the following suspect wanted in connection to a criminal sexual act from within the confines of the 106 Precinct. Details are as follows. On Wednesday, May 1, 2013 at approximately 5:50 p.m. the male suspect approached a 7-year-old female, who was outside in a driveway located in South Ozone Park. The suspect performed a criminal sexual act on the female and then fled the location on foot. The suspect is described as a male with a dark complexion, approximately in his 20's, 6'0", 160 lbs. with black hair. The suspect was last seen wearing a blue hooded sweatshirt with unknown white writing on the front, dark jeans and was carrying a purple back pack.*** ***Update: On Wednesday, May 1, 2013 at 2:45 p.m. the victim, a F/H/7, was on the stoop of her house in the South Ozone Park section of Queens when the suspect approached her and grabbed her buttocks. The victim's sister, a F/H/12 who was also on the stoop, yelled at the suspect at which time he fled the location. The suspect is described as a dark skinned male in his 20's. 5'11 - 6'1" tall wearing a blue hooded sweatshirt with white writing. Due to the modus operandi and description of the suspect, it is believed that the same suspect committed both crimes.
