The Twelth Professorn makes a pledge to himself to have more crazy adventures, but when he arrives in Cartoon Land and slowly becomes a cartoon himself, he gets much more than he bargained for!
This story is something of a homage to the Wizard of Oz, and a very unique and special Professor Who adventure.
