I test a new strop that I purchased on eBay, from Robert Barber and also available from www.stropman.com.  The strop is called "The Billy" and I use it to sharpen Kyley Harris' cKc Necker in 01 tool steel at 6mm and 57 rc. Necker available at www.sellyourknife.com or from Kyley on YouTube under his youtube name Knivesandstuff.
