Girls and women from Gulu and Lira districts have participated in an Android Apps challenge organized by Oyster and Pearls Uganda. The tech-novation challenge was based on App development in relation to community challenges like Peace, Poverty, Equality, education, Health and Environment which are broader themes to support the 2015 UN sustainable development goals. The girls showcased and explained how their Apps work and how it will help solve world realistic challenges.
