Their name means “Clothes on Fire” and you will be right in the middle of the dance inferno as artistic directors Metzi Quetzal and Jose Rivera burn the room down with their incredible energy! Fogo na Roupa was founded in 1989 by the late great Mastre Carlos Aceituno, and his legacy still helps to inspire youth to join in to develop confidence, discipline and cultural consciousness through teachings of folklore, creative expression and the origins of rhythms and dances.
