September is a great month for pepper harvests here, but October is usually pretty good too. Along with showing some of our Buena Mulata Peppers, Fish Peppers, Chinese 5 Color Peppers, and Ghost Peppers, I will also show where they fall on the Scoville Scale. I also show the color changes that some of the peppers go through. As you can see, we have lots of colors in our peppers this year.....and plenty of heat. 
The Buena Mulata is 30,000 to 50,000 Scoville Units.
The Fish Pepper is 5,000 to 30,000 Scoville Units.
The Chinese 5 Color Pepper is 30,000 to 50,000 Scoville Units.
And the Ghost Pepper comes in at a whopping 1,000,000 (One Million) Scoville Units. There were also a few other peppers too. Lots to look at!
