At the 2011 Summit in Zurich, One Young World co-founder David Jones announced plans to establish the Social Business Accelerator, an arm of One Young World designed to provide funding and support to social enterprises across the world. At the 2012 Summit in Pittsburgh the first round of investments and grants were announced an awarded during the Social Business Accelerator Special Session.
