This is a "Christmas Village" style setup, where a friend's grandfather sets up a village with a New England theme in the winter time, complete with a train set with sound, and rustic buildings from Department 56. The animation includes a moving water wheel, a windmill and an animated ice skating rink with four figures skating independently.
