There are 3 levels of carvings:

Beginners Level - you will learn how to apply quick and simple designs to the different fruits and vegetables.  

Intermediate Level - you will progress onto more detailed carving designs for larger centrepiece displays

Advanced Level - How to carve Roses and more flowers.  After you master all these flowers - you can apply to larger Fruit & Vegetable such as Watermelon and Pumpkin.
