I want to encourage girls to play football with boys, and join a football clubs. This Ted X talk raises awareness that Women football players do not earn as much as their counterparts. Equal rights should be shared amongst men and women in football.

I am Juanita Aidoo and 16 years old. I am passionate about football and I have been playing it for 4 years. I am hoping to play college football.
