Season with rub on both sides, baste with bbq sauce and cook until right at 165 degrees. Place the cheese on on top of chicken until cheese has melted. Top with precooked bacon strips and cover with more bbq sauce.

De-vein shrimp and remove shell except for the tail. Rinse them well and pat dry. Place shrimp in a bowl with 1/8 of lemon juice for 3 - 5 minutes. Add the skewers to Remove shrimp, season with rub and place 5 on each skewer. Season with rub. Cook for 2 - 3 minute on each side. Baste with bbq sauce.
