Rayman must kill the Ape Pirate and steal his flying chair to enter the pirate base.... avoiding all obstacles in the way. As Rayman arrives in the Top of the World's Robo-Pirate installation, an alarm begins to sound. The Barrel Pirates patrolling the corridors are on the alert, and soon Rayman must defeat several of them. After passing through many crate-filled storage areas, he discovers that the level's Teensie cage is nowhere near the exit. He must backtrack to search out the cage, which is hidden in a secret passageway; after freeing the Teensie, Rayman must escort him to the end of the level.
