About Kymberlee Weil, TEDxCoHost
Kymberlee is the President and Co-Founder of introNetworks and has been focusing on the social networking industry for the past seven years. Her expertise is centered on the strategy of social media and she works with companies all over the world to develop purpose-driven online communities that reach key business objectives. The introNetworks technology she co-developed has won many awards and was recently awarded a patent. Prior to co-founding introNetworks and while earning her MBA at Pepperdine University, her passion for business was sparked. Kymberlee's expertise in Adobe Flash technology helped her to author two books that shaped the way people use that complex and powerful technology. She was also the Director of the Flashforward Conference, where she experienced first-hand the importance of connections at events and where her ideas on the power of social networking began to crystallize.

About TEDx, x = independently organized event
In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. These local, self-organized events are branded TEDx, where x = independently organized TED event. The TED Conference provides general guidance for the TEDx program, but individual TEDx events are self-organized. (Subject to certain rules and regulations.)
