These storms packed a punch producing large hail and deadly lightning that knocked out power along HWY-277. - Several shots of power explosions near Mankins, Texas on the north side of HWY-277 from multiple lightning bolts - Large hail to the size of hen eggs pounding the windshield and covering portions of the roadway in Midway Crossing, Texas on US-283 near Coffee Creek Road....very close to Lake Kemp.
