Our next question comes on the heels of our report that grocery and convenient stores will be able to sell full-strength beer beginning on Jan. 1: what does that mean for state and Denver parks? Well, state parks aren't changing their 3.2 rule. Denver parks are instituting a pilot program that will allow full-strength beer and wine consumption at city parks.
