Morsi loyalists vow to continue sit-in protests despite pressure . Despite the Army pressure and intimidation, Morsi loyalists vow to continue the sit-in protests against the political regime. Over the past month, people have been gathering to support the ousted President Morsi. These demonstrations criticize the interim governement, which reacted in a bloodshed last week and is now determined to break up the protest encampments. But the Egyptian security forces, according to Kathryn Stapley, do not seem to be able to break the protesters' spirits. They are indeed "ready to die", rather than give up on their demands. The journalist says these protests are going to spread across the country, as "the Nation Coalition in Support of Legitimacy", an numbrella group composed of the Muslim Brotherhood and Morsi supporters, urged to nationwide demonstration on Friday, under the banner "Egypt against the Coup".
