Dark Souls is an ARPG originally released in 2011 and Remastered in 2018.  Combat is fairly unforgiving with the core mechanic of the game is exploration. Players are encouraged by the game to proceed with caution, learn from past mistakes, and/or find alternate areas to explore.  

I am running through this game for the first time mostly blind with the assistance of live chat and some research before each play session.
