A first step into a familiar yet oh so different world, as I physically but virtually step into the world of Minecraft using the HTC Vive and the ViveCraft / Minecrift-vive mod.

This is a Rules That Matter series - each episode will add one rule for me to follow, suggested by you! Post suggestions for rules in the comments - could be in-game rules, behavior rules, forbidden items, how I act, what I say, how I dress - anything goes!

Rule 1: Only Virtual Reality - I can only open this world in the VR mod.
Rule 2: No Underwater Breathing - Whenever I am underwater in-game, I must hold my breath.
Rule 3: One Crafting Table - I can only have one crafting table in my world. I am not allowed to make new ones and must destroy any I find.
Rule 4: When attacking, I have to yell like Link does in recent Zelda games.
Rule 5: Whenever I use a bow I must use the drawing mechanism naturally.
Rule 6: My one true home is the only place I may sleep.
Rule 7: I must make real-world landings whenever I fall 3 blocks or more.
Rule 8: Any ore I mine must be mined using the physical mining method of hacking away at the block with a pickaxe.
Rule 9: Explosions that hit me in game knock me down.
Rule 10: To open a chest I need to physically make a chest opening motion.
Rule 11: Melee attacks must be done by swinging the weapon rather than clicking.
Rule 12: All mining must be done with physical motion rather than clicking.
