Top Chef - Miami - Season Three - Episode 7 - Review & Recap Guest chef/judge - Govind Armstrong Quickfire challenge to create mix-ins for Coldstone Creamery Ice Cream 45 minutes to create something fresh & exciting Bottom- Hung & Casey Top- Howie & Dale Dale wins the challenge & Immunity Elimination challenge - they fooled the chefs into thinking they were going out to party - instead they would be cooking for late night partiers There were two teams of four Black team - Hung, Tre, Sara & Brian Red team - Sara, Casey, CJ & Howie Dale didn't compete They had 30 minutes and three hundred dollars to shop and 90 mins to cook in order to make a menu for late night partiers Black team won Tre won with his bacon wrapped shrimp & cheesy grits Sara from NY was eliminated because of her milkshake & sliders
